泰國免簽 9/15 起改成 30 天：台灣在名單內，陸路入境每年限兩次

泰國 9 月 15 日換上新的免簽框架。觀光免簽停留上限從 60 天降為 30 天，台灣在 60 國與地區名單裡。

四份內政部公告 8 月 31 日刊登在皇家公報。台灣列在 30 天名單第 55 位。

泰國內政部長可以再指定其他不受陸路次數限制的國籍。搭飛機進泰國不受次數限制。

延期由泰國移民官個案裁量。駐泰國台北經濟文化辦事處寫明，停留超過 30 天要事先辦泰國電子簽證。

跨過 9 月 15 日的停留沒有過渡條款

四份公告都沒有過渡條款。9 月 14 日以前入境、停留期跨過 9 月 15 日的人怎麼算，法規上沒有答案。

另一個說法來自泰國外交部領事廳長的記者會。9 月 15 日以前入境的人可以待到原本核給的期限屆滿。這段話的來源只有泰國媒體的轉述。

Bangkok, 1 September 2026 – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) advises foreign visitors that new 30-day and 15-day visa exemption categories, together with updated Visa on Arrival eligibility, will take effect on 15 September 2026. The new framework will replace Thailand's 60-day visa exemption measure, which will end on the same date. The related Ministry of Interior announcements were published in the Royal Gazette on 31 August 2026.

For entry through land-border immigration checkpoints, travellers using the 30-day visa exemption may generally enter Thailand under this exemption no more than twice per calendar year. This limit does not apply to nationals of Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia and Singapore, or to other nationalities as may be designated by the Minister.
